At Epincodes, we specialize in the sale of digital products, including gift card codes and electronic PINs. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are generally considered final.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products are delivered electronically and are automatically issued upon successful payment. Once a code has been delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect purchase (wrong product, region, or denomination)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your account or platform
- Failure to read product description before purchase
3. Invalid or Non-Working Codes
If you receive a code that is not working:
- Contact us within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide proof (screenshots or video showing the issue)
We will verify the issue with our supplier. If the code is confirmed invalid, we will offer:
- A replacement code, or
- A full refund
4. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized transactions.
